The practice of writing your own medical documents has been around for centuries.
In fact, it was developed by a doctor named Charles Dickens and his son, Thomas, in 1821, and is still widely practiced today.
But with the advent of smartphones and digital technology, it’s now easier than ever for doctors to share their personal information.
The good news is that you don’t have to pay for your own handwriting.
You can download the free, Apple-approved Evernote app from the Apple App Store and start writing your notes.
Evernote offers a free service that allows users to save their notes for later reading.

Click “Submit” and your note will be sent to the doctor’s office for review.
If the doctor approves your note, you should see the text in your Eternotes notebook.
If not, you will need to send the doctor a copy of the completed note.
To send a note to the patient, click on “Submit a note” and then select “send to doctor.”
Once you’ve completed the process of sending your doctor a note, your note can be saved and forwarded to other doctors for review or sharing.
There are many ways to share your notes with your patients, so it’s important to do this carefully.
