Middletowood Family Practice in Middlettown, New York, is a family practice specializing in the treatment of children, adults and families.
The practice has had a strong following for years, and many have decided to use their family practice login to access many of their services, including pediatric, family medicine, pediatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery.
Middleton Family Practice has a very different user experience, but the primary goal is to help patients and families find the best care possible.
In addition to being a family physician practice, Middlette is also the home of the Middleton Health System, which offers comprehensive health care to patients in all 50 states, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
The Middlesons offer a full range of pediatric services including pediatric dentistry, pediatric pediatrics and pediatric surgery.
On July 31, the Midshipman Family Practice received an email from a patient with a serious illness, with the diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
The email from the patient’s physician and Middlton Family Practices patient liaison said, “This is a really important note to us as we start this new year.
I was informed by a friend that I was a candidate for COPD, but I was also told that the family practice does not have a COPD patient.
How can I access our COPD services?
We are unable to open up a new office or to find patients that are eligible for COPID services.
What is my COPD status?
COPID is an illness caused by a virus called COVID-19.
The primary way that people can get treated is with the COVID vaccines and medicines, and most COPD patients also receive the antibiotics, antifungals, and supportive care.
It is important that you are not excluded from any of our services.
If you are in a state where the COV-19 vaccine is not available, we cannot provide COPD care to you.
Please see our COPID information page for more information.
